For many years in Utah, My Wife, Molley and I have been denied Justice in the Courts. We seek your help to undo the atrocities that have been. We wish to set the record to correct these things. The purpose of this site is let the powers that be know they can take me out but this time the truth shall be all over the world and the guilty shall be found out and action may be taken later. I made a vow to Molley that I would care for her and protect her from all evil, and now I am stopped from these vows by the court. I made a vow to GOD that I would not stop teaching people how to clean up this Planet for all of our future generations and I am being stopped, the best they can from doing even this. FIRST ISSUE; SECURITY FRAUD ARREST OF 8-10-05

It has recently been reported on may sites that I Paul Pantone was arrested for Securities Fraud and incarcerated for some 17 days. Let us set the record straight. Paul Pantone was arrested for "Failure to Appear". I only failed to appear because my attorney, Gil Aphay, intentionally and willfully failed to tell me of any hearing on the 13th of July of 2005. He further told the Court that I had moved yet my mail address is the same for the last 5 years. Mr Aphay further PURJERED himself by lying to the Judge that my phone and My wife, Molleys had been disconnected. This was a blatent lie and the proof is a phone bill showing calls in and out, ( cell phone) has been sent to the Court.

I phnoned my attorney and taped the call. Under the US Constitution I was told that you have the right to protect yourself if someone is endangering you or your family, and rather than by a forceful manner I chose a taperecorder. He stated that he told the Court these untruths. I then asked some friends to help me in making copies of the tapes and typing the documents attached to get a REAL FAIR HEARING. THIS FAIR HEARING NEVER HAPPENED.

The letter below was presented to me and friends and signed by Molley, just three days before I was arrested. Yet with all of the evidence I had to prove that my attorney, Gil Aphay had blatently lied to court, the Judge, still had allowed me to be arrested so "they" could come into my home while I was in jail and steal everything from my discks and computer to put me out of business. And now, I can not talk to my Loving wife, Molley, because "they say", I violated a protective, that I DID NOT.

The phone bill is being held back from public view as it contains records of people that are not involved in this matter. I do have several hours of conversation on tapes that have been copied and distributed to other States for safekeeping. If the Judge will allow my case to be heard he will hear that my attorneys' in this case have all lied and conspired with the Utah State Attorney General to railroad me out of business.

There are over 30 site sections like this one that are prepared to be posted on most of the criminals involved against me and are being with held at thsi time to see if I can get the Court to dismiss this case and allow the system to correct itself, without any further legal battle from me. I wish to spend my time helping to clean up a Planet for mankind as I have promissed, and taking care of the one true Love of my life, Molley.

Or we can go forward to proove that ALL OF THE WITNESSES AGAINST HAVE DIRTY HANDS< beginning with the Attorney General. They attorney Generals Office has LIED and post the lies on the Internet and phoned people and damaged me, and my business, costing me many years work in an effort to shut my doors.

I have tape recordings from people who were interviewed by the Attorney Generals Office and the true comments made ARE NOT WRITTEN IN THEIR RECORDS. The truth was modified to say what the AG wanted them to say.

The other evidence will be posted on news groups around the world if anything further happens to me and they will contain videos and audios of the attorneys, and witnesses.

IN THIS CASE, MY PAST ATTORNEYS HAVE NOT DONE THE JOB THEY TOOK MONEY TO DO.. And under Admirality Law there are provisions for Mutiny. I believe that the sentence for munitany is Death. So if I can not be fairly Judged by the US Constitution, then by all means let us prevail under your law with the gold fringe.

My first Attorney in this case also represented me, or told me he did, in many other cases that were pending. This man was replaced when he admitted that he did not feel he could do a proper job of getting me Justice. What he failed to tell me is that he in fact is working full time for the Prosecutors office of the Utah Attorney General. I finaly got proof of this when June of this year a Letter from the Federal Court showed that He was no longer my attorney and his return address is the Utah Attorney Generals office, in Salt Lake. (This document will be posted as soon as I find a copy.)

The next Attorney was picked as a friend of the first attorney and I was told that Security Fraud was one of his specialties. During several meetings, that included other Attorneys, he told us that this was a "No Brainer", and the Attorney General did not have a case. The later he told the Judge that I was guilty as sin and should be hung with a dirty rope. The Judge allowed me to terminate him at that time. To date 8 Attorneys in Utah and one in Colorado have been bought off or threatened to do the same.

My last Attorney did no better than to threaten me to say I am guilty or he would involve my wife for the same criminal acts and we would botht be sentenced. The problem I have is that I did not knowingly do anything wrong. My Attorneys prepared all documents that I am being charged with and I was told that ATTORNEYS IN UTAH ARE NOT LIABLE FOR CRIMES DONE BECAUSE OF WHAT THEIR CLIENTS DO, EVEN IF THEY PREPARED THE PAPERS???

Mr. Aphay also lead me to believe that he was going to represent me to the end. Then told me that it was "arranged" with the court that I would have no witnesses. I was to plead guilty or I would be held without bail until sentencing. And the list of imorral acts are also on tape and being transcribed in Los Angeles at this time and will be posted.

WHY THIS HAPPENED;
