Letters

As Molley and I toured 45 of the 50 States we would call ahead and ask if we could use only Water as our fuel. 44 States said no. But Kentucky said as long as we paid them their 16.8 cents a gallon they had no problem.

Molley and I contacted the EPA and asked if we HAD to have their approvals and endorsements on May 2,1996.. They went on for about thirty minutes and asked for a package to explain exactly what we had. Molley faxed them about 50 pages. About an hour later the gentleman we had spoken to phoned back to ask permission to make copies, LOTS of copies. We said YES!

Before that business day was over we recieved the letters below and several resumes.
